Steps
- Log in to your Powtoon account.
- From the Workspace, use the Menu to start a new Powtoon:
- Select Templates to create from a template.
- Select Import to convert a PowerPoint presentation into a Powtoon video.
- Select Create to start from scratch or create a recording with Powtoon Capture.
- Select Classroom if you are on a Classroom plan.
- Use Quick Access to open content based on your preferences, or to launch Powtoon Capture or the Character Builder.
- Open Toolbox to manage or find supporting resources:
- My Powtoons to view your saved Powtoons.
- Learning Center to access getting-started resources and product updates.
- Apps & Integrations to find supported apps, extensions, and downloads, including Powtoon Capture, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Powtoon Connect.
- Check Recommended for You to browse template collections based on trending topics, new additions, and popular templates.
- Use Helpful Tools and Links to open the Help Center, company pages, or the Workspace tour.
- Select your name in the bottom-left corner to open your account page or log out.
Team impact
- The Workspace is the starting point for creating and managing Powtoons in your account.
- Saved Powtoons appear in My Powtoons, so collaborators with access to the same content can find existing work there.
- If you use team or Classroom features, available options in the Workspace may differ based on your role or plan.
