What changed

Your account information is available from the Account page in Powtoon. From there, you can review and update supported settings such as your password, billing information, and communication preferences.

Who gets it

How to use it

  1. In Powtoon, hover over your name in the bottom-left corner.
  2. Click Account.
  3. On the My Account page, review the available sections:
    • Email address: To change the email address on your account, contact Customer Support.
    • Your name: To change your first or last name, contact Customer Support.
    • Billing Information: If you have a subscription plan, click the link to view your billing details, subscriptions, and invoices.
    • Change password: Click the link and follow the on-screen instructions to update your password.
    • Communication settings: Click the link to view or update the emails and content you have consented to receive. This includes product news, how-to articles, webinar invites, exclusive offers, and best practices.
    • Active plans: If you have a subscription plan, review the plan details shown in this section.
